This is the first election held by the new, transitional government in Guinea. Previously, the most recent election was held on October 18, 2020 to fill the presidency. Alpha CONDE won 59.5% of the vote and Cellou Dalein DIALLO won 33.5% of the vote. Voter turnout was 79%.
