“Turning Pebbles”: Evading Accountability for Post-Election Violence in Kenya

Human Rights Watch recently published a report outlining problems with the legal mechanisms established to prosecute those responsible for widespread violence  following the 2007-2008 elections in Kenya. The report states that initial promises of accountability for the guilty have not been realized. The full report can be found here.
