Voters will go to the polls on February 14, 2016 in the Central African Republic to vote in the second round of presidential elections and for the rerun of parliamentary elections. Additionally, voters in Uganda will vote in presidential and parliamentary elections on February 18, 2016. These elections will mark the increase in size of the Ugandan parliament by 43 seats to represent 43 newly created electoral districts. More information can be found at the following locations.
