Monegasque citizens voted on February 10, 2013 to elect 24 members of the National Council. With all votes counted, the Horizon Monaco coalition won 56,472 votes (50.34 percent), meaning they will be the majority coalition in the National Council with 20 seats. The Union Monégasque received 43,743 votes (38.99 percent), and will have 3 seats in the new National Council. Renaissance, a new party, consisting of employees of the Société des Bains de Mer, gained 1 seat in the new National Council, having received 11,964 votes (10.67 percent). 5,088 (74.55 percent) Monegasque citizens cast their ballots in the election.
