Polish voters on Monday elected Acting President Bronislaw KOMOROWSKI to a full five-year term. KOMOROWSKI defeated Jaroslaw KACZYNSKI in the second round of a snap election. KACZYNSKI was the twin brother of the late President Lech KACZYNSKI who died in a plane crash this spring, triggering the early election. The results mean that Poland will no longer have a divided government as KOMOROWSKI belongs to the same Civic Platform Party of Prime Minister Donald TUSK.
